Minister Katz is a wonderful officiant.  From our first meeting at the bridal show, he was the only officiant where I felt an immediate connection, which was positive and warm.  Minister Katz is very down-to-earth and experienced.  During the ceremony, he set the mood to calm the nerves of my husband and me.  In addition, he was able to keep the ceremony traditional with tasteful humor and engage our guests. 

We were impressed with his service as well as our guests.  They stated how wonderful his services were because it was not the typical boring wedding ceremony.  Since our wedding was culturally diverse, he ensured that the wedding service was what my husband and I wanted first and foremost, while honoring both of our cultures (Asian and African-American).  For instance, he wore the traditional Filipino Barong for my husband’s culture and brought the traditional broom to jump for my culture.  I especially appreciated that he came prepared with items needed for the wedding because we had forgot some of the things needed for the ceremony.

He was able to perform an exquisite wedding in Malibu, California on the beach where my husband and I enjoyed the most memorable moments of our lives, thus far, and was able to share it with our families and friends.  Saying thank you does not even begin to encompass our gratitude for his excellent and genuine service, and we will recommend him gladly to our friends and for the “Best Officiant”.  However, we do not want to limit him to Best Officiant - but “Officiant of a Lifetime”.
