Wedding In The Sand Unites Two Lovers With Their Family All Around

A week before their wedding, I issued Susan and Robert their marriage license and we planned to meet on the beach in Long Beach. The day of their wedding, there was no parking anywhere within blocks. So I parked illegally at the end of a cul-de-sac, at the top of a stairway, down to the beach where their wedding was being held. Their big white stretch limo blocked me in so no one looking down the street would have seen it. I dug a heart in the sand for them to stand in, and I presided over their ceremony in my bare feet. It was a nice and romantic ceremony. Luckily my car didn’t get towed!
